Well, here’s what you can do…
How many times have you thought “I SO wish we could learn to deal with our problems collaboratively instead of attacking one another?” We’ve heard it in our homes, our churches, our political organizations and wished it during the endless rounds of sniping we’ve heard on the news.
As a matter of fact, your EPF chapter was started in 2004 by some folks at St. Joseph, Lakewood, who asked that very question after lamenting the hostility of the 2004 election.
The skills training to be offered by your EPF chapter August 6-8 (Journey Into Peace: Creating a Culture of Non-Violence at St. John’s Cathedral) is designed to help us in moving from wish to fulfillment–first in our own hearts, then in our homes, churches, workplaces and everywhere we’re engaged. This is active peace-making designed for the real world, designed to move us from desire and directly toward what Mahatma Gandhi called being the change we wish to see in the world.
Let’s do it! Let’s be the peace we wish to see. Download brochure HERE.
