The Episcopal Church is a strong supporter of Conscientious Objectors and has, on many occasions, taken formal stances opposing the use of war and involvement in wars. The National Church is unique in maintaining a register of Conscientious Objectors EPF seeks to enhance the Church’s support of Conscientious Objection, and provide additional resources and opportunities to engage in active resistance to war. In 2009 the Church passed a resolution supporting Selective Conscientious Objection.
