TAKE ACTION:
Summer 2009 at General Convention, the only resolution that EPF promoted that did NOT pass was the resolution concerning Israel/Palestine. Read it here.
The House of Deputies passed the resolution, on the last day of convention, the House of Bishops did not. PLease call your Bishop this month, ask her/him how they voted on the Israel/Palestine resolution at General Convention.
If they voted for the resolution, thank them, if not, please ask them why. And let us know. Please send Newland Smith an e-mail about your conversation regarding your communication with your Bishop.
EPF representatives will be introducing a resolution to the Executive Council of the Episcopal Church February, 2010. Please review this resolution here and consider introducing it in your Diocesan Convention.
