Diane Fite, a member of PIN, provided the following comments about her experience in October, 2011 with MEJDI:

I recently traveled to Israel-Palestine with Hands of Peace, a group that has brought Palestinian, Jewish and Arab Israeli teens together in Chicago for intensive encounters each summer since 2002.  For their first sponsored trip, they wanted a tour company that would help our group better understand the perspectives of both the Israelis and Palestinians.  MEDJI, an Israeli-Arab tour company, proved ideal for this task. Two guides, an Israeli and a Palestinian, traveled together with us throughout our visit. Through them, we were able to see “behind doors”, as it were, and to meet and speak with a broad diversity of people. Yuval and Husam came with remarkable personal stories; their intimate knowledge of the culture, history and politics playing out in this region were invaluable in helping us understand what could not be easily understood during a standard guided tour.  It was a very rich and gratifying experience.

In December, 2010, Rabbi Brant Rosen of the Jewish Reconstructionist Congregation in Evanston, IL used MEDJI guides, a Palestinian and an Israeli, to lead a group of about 25 congregants through the West Bank.  They returned with nothing but superlatives about their guides.  This group of admittedly progressive Jews expressed deep respect and fondness for both Israeli and Palestinian and noted, particularly, the close relationship between them.
